I got a voicemail from this number, saying something about allowing them to activate my credit card that has been "restricted." No details as to which credit card - when I tried to call back, the call fails. I googled the number. Clearly a scam to get my credit card info.

This caller has called me before. He says that they received numerous reports from Microsoft saying my computer had problems. He said his name was "Daniel", but could not spell his family name.Nor his company name. I knew from the the start it was a scammer. I told him to fly-off.

Anesh called from "Microsoft Helpdesk" today. He asked me to read out some "vital" data from my computer to him. This for me sounded very strange as I assume someone that is phoning from Microsoft that has apparent background access and knowledge of computers healthy or malicious activity, wouldn't require me to read out some codes or numbers. I am no techy, but I know a scam when I smell one.
