Uhm, hello people, it was Enterprise, you rented a car from them. They're calling to ask how your car was and how their employees treated you and acted and dressed, how the car was.

We each do business with dozens of entities; I don't need Enterprise calling me about my car rental any more than I need iTunes calling to ask how I liked the movie I rented today or Shell calling to ask how that fill-up last week was working out. They called, I answered because a lot of unknown numbers call for work purposes sometimes. When I answered the man on the other end asked for my name, last name first, & when I responded that it was me, he said "...nevermind, I think I have the wrong number ma'am..." & before I could respond that he did have the right name & number, he hung up. Called the number back, got an automated message saying it was for Merritt or something like that. That they were a survey company, not telemarketers, & that they were in compliance w/federal & state regulations since they weren't telemarketers. Also gave another 1-800 number to call to supposedly put your number/name on the do-not-call list.

Called 3x so far without leaving messages, all after 7PM. I did recently have an Enterprise rental, so I assume it's them, but to call multiple times at this time of night, especially to then not identify or leave a message is harassment.

Yes, I too was provided an Enterprise rental by the BMW dealership while my car was being serviced. Returned the car on Friday, received call today. It was a quality of service survey. For participation, I am to be sent a voucher for a free weekend rental. I won't hold my breath on the voucher. Though, who knows?

Received call from person identifying themselves as Enterprise Rental Cars. Caller was police, articulate and professional. I returned a car 1 day ago. Caller did not solicit personal information.

I had a similar experience.I returned a rental to enterprise 4 days ago. Then I got the call. I didn't know the number and let it continue to ring. There was no message left and when I did a redial I was given a message saying "the number you are calling is not in service".

Love that I found this site.. I also returned an Enterprise car 4 days ago, I looked at my phone to see a missed call with no voice mail of course. Irritated that I'm receiving this call at almost 8.30pm.. No reason to make a business call this time at night

The lady said they represent Enterprise rent-a-car and asked how satisfied I was and how likely I would recommend to a friend. Then she hung up even before I realized the talk was over. I returned the Enterprise car two days before I got the call.
