Caller ID showed "TEST". On do not call list. Not surprised when looked up number and found it was from the socialist progressive terrorist region of the San Francisco area. Every robo spammer call I have traced has always been from the socialist bastions of progressive filth. Nothing gets done about them because its their "right" to harass and scam you. RoboCall Unknown Credit Card Services Scammer Carrier: Bandwidth.com VoIP in Pescadero, CA. "Test" has been reported by VOIP caller ID. San Francisco Peninsula Area reported by Mobile cellular caller ID.
I did *67 to block my VoIP number to call back & had an automated attendant greeting "Please press any digit to be removed from the list. This may take 24-48 hours. Thank you." Repeats and then says "Goodbye."

For those with Android devices your so much better off in being able to prevent repeat calls. For those with iPhone I recommend using FREE app YouMail.com to ditch calls. For calls made to Landline, I subscribe to nomorobo.com The call rang once and the free service endorsed by FTC 2013 award prevented the illegal telemarketing call from being answered by me or by voice mail as a hang-up. Call centers invoice the carriers through monthly tariffs for connecting calls either answered by your voice mail or a human being ... Reason why majority of calls are hang-ups! -

I never answer ANY calls that do not show a valid number on my caller ID. This one DID show the number but the name was "test". The only reason anyone would have to hide their ID is because they KNOW you wouldn't want to talk to them or they're trying to pull something dishonest.

Why do these jokers keep calling me. I answered the phone to an automated voice telling me about credit rates on my card. I simply was not interested so I hung up. I think this is a scam dont get caught out. They are probably trying to get respondents to provide their credit card details (Phishing).
