Same here. Had to order new receiver. In past its just a survey for opinion on the service. Not a problem call, but they do call often. I work nights and sleep days so I miss the call.

They call over and over again. I did make some changes to my Directv account so maybe this is indeed a survey call, but do they have to call back to back and all day long? I think this is one of those computer programs which calls. I get the same thing when I'm behind on my Verizon bill the computer calls me to the point that I want to throw my phone out the window! I wish we could ban computer calling.
