Believed to be a scam. Recording says IRS is about bring lawsuit against you. But doesn't say your name but says to call this number. IRS doesn't operate this way. You receive things in the mail. And you They even said on recording there was a warrant for my arrest But didn't have my name it was all recorded message SCAM
