called back spoke to Hector who transferred me to a loan forgiveness enrollment rep, who's name I missed. He shared the company's name is Documents Done Right. The only option is for low income loan forgiveness for reduced payments for a while then forgive the remainder. He HUNG up on me, when I didn't qualify!

Received an automated message from "Tanya Perkins" letting me know my student loan (which has been paid off for like 5 years) may be eligible for a reduced rate. The number which called me was (615) 307-8044.
Tanya has been busy! This scammer spoofs local numbers to send this message- when you search for the callback number there are multiple records of this scammer using various numbers to pitch this. If you get a call from Tanya, just know it's a scam. -

I didn't receive a call from this number, but the caller left this number on my voicemail to call her company back "Student Loan Help Center". She called from 213-338-8031 (I'm guessing it was a recording). My phone rang long enough for me to know someone was calling but not long enough for me to reject the call. Scam!

Got a Pre- recorded voicemail from Tanya to talk about possibly forgiving my student loan debt or lowering my payments. I do actually have federal student loans & this almost sounded a little real so I’m glad I looked it up first
