   SCAM! Real person ("Samantha Baker") pretended to be a process server. She left a VM about needing to serve me legal documents. She said they'd attempt to reach me at my home and work the following day between 3-5pm to get my signature. Stated fake case #. Said I'd be documented for non-compliance and miss my court date if they were unable to reach me. Said I could call "filing party's office" at 727-308-5226 to reschedule.
   DID NOT say county or state name, court name, case name, case matter, or name of filing party/office. SCAM!
   
   I work for a law firm. I wish they WOULD show up here!

   Received an unknown call that went to voicemail. A Woman named (Elena Simmons) said talked about someone filing a suit (In my named county) against me and that they need my signature and proof of employment. This is the second failed attempt. Since I did not talk to them, I am in non-compliance. My signature is not needed to proceed with the lawsuit dated June 14th. Told me to call (727) 308-5226. I called and nobody answered for all of the 5 times I tried the number. They also gave me a case number. Ha, as I’m typing this, my mother just received a voicemail from the same person with a lawsuit against me. Ugh…..How do people sleep that do this stuff to people?

   Called and said there was a civil lawsuit against me with a voice-mail stated they would serve me Monday June 14th between 3-5 if I didn't sign I would be in non compliance haha. So I called number and some guy answers wanting me to answer questions before he could tell me who filed a civil lawsuit against me I refused to answer his questions because if it was real you should have that information. I polity ( being sarcastic) told him what I thought about him and his lawsuit well he hung up. SCAM all the way!!!

   Called about a lawsuit for my husband. Left a message on my husband’s phone with times they would be serving papers regarding a civil law suit.
