the guy that called said his name was "sam", didn't sound like a sam to me, kept on trying to have answer personal questions for apparently a health insurance plan that'll save me a lot of money, I asked him for an email, wouldn't even send me an email, so it's an obvious scam.

They will call and call and call... if you are a company and answer they try to get personal info from you. I called the number and a girl answered as "Julie". I asked what company she represented and she said "never mind," and hung up.
