When I answered gentleman claimed he was on a recorded line from Credit One Bank. Stated my current balance and asked that I give him my debit card number to "take care of that balance today". No reason for them to even call as my regular monthly pmt wasn't even due yet. Second call of this type that I've gotten from them over the last few months. Will be paying off and closing account ASAP.

Credit One bank doesn't have any reason to call me. I do have that credit card, and there were 2 charges on it last year that had to be refunded made from somewhere on the east coast. I was wondering if they're just trying to find out if I still have the same address and number, my card was changed. I have my answering machine on screen all calls, caller ID shows it's them hanging up when the machine comes on.

I've got a card with them and they start making collection calls two weeks before your paulent date. I've also had them tell me the amount due was 20-30 dollars more than the payment information online. I'm so sorry I got this card.
