This number has been told on several occasions to NOT call and to remove my home phone from their calling databases as I NEVER contribute over the phone. Yet they persist... My life has been affected by cancer several times and childhood cancer is very real and very devastating. Ask these scumbags exactly how much of their 'recovery' actually goes to research and how much of what they collect goes to administrative costs (i.e., fat paychecks)?

same call starting with "You're harder to get a hold of...Kept on 'talking'.
I think it is a robo-talk, not a live person. They hear your response and spew out pre-recorded responses. Stop trying to 'talk' to them....you are talking to a compute.
Charity organizations are not required to honor 'Do Not Call' lists so these unscroupulous for-profit companies call on behalf of or in the name of charitable organization. Congress should close these loop holes and require charities to honor 'Do not Call' and outlaw robo call, robo-talk. -

Same opener "You're hard to get a hold of." I only answered because it was similar to a # I knew. Wanted me to 'put a smile on the face' of a child with cancer, but when I asked for details of their organization she got angry. I hung up.

Called me tonight and opened with "You're harder to get a hold of than a slippery dill in a pickle jar!" Asked for donation, but when I questioned her she got angry and hung up... Real shady.

When I told her we already donate to several charities and specifically to a local pediatric cancer organization she just cut me off and kept talking. Super pushy and I ended up having to hang up on her. I am all about donating and helping others, but I would NEVER give this to group when there are so many legitimate charities out there. -

says they are fundraising for childrens hosp. when i started asking questions she got aggitated. Asked if she could send a donation card, i said sure, they she asked for the money in advance. told her i give money to animal causes and feel bad that i can't help everyone. she then hung up on me. SO DON'T TRUST THEM THEY ARE NOT LEGIT

They deep calling me several times a day! One day after being awoken...(AGAIN!!!),...I tried to answer it. Only 3 rings and they hang up so I ended up calling back. It goes into a recording that it takes donation for children with cancer, providing them with toys, clothing etc.. I've never heard of them, can't say if they're legit or bullshit, but I won't give if this is how they operate, I don't trust them. If you're interested, perhaps you should try contacting the BBB.
