Called us more than 10 times in a row saying that they were from Spectrum and that we needed to pay them in order to continue to receive services from Spectrum. It was a lady-Indian accent. They kept calling and insisting they were from Spectrum until I shouted that they were "criminals"! Very annoying and very disturbing!!!!
