This number called my free wifi texting number. There is no phone,so I couldn't answer, but I see that there's a missed call. Rec'd at least 3 calls from this area code this wk, but I deleted the others...not sure if same #, but I looked it up this time & see it's spam, so I'm reporting it too.

My customer got a missed call, called back and they asked for him to pay $4.99 to activate a rebate he is entitle through our services. My customer knew better and did not provide his card info and they hanged up. My concern now is somehow they got a hold of the rebate form he sent in and now are scaming him to activate that rebate.
Do not exchange any type of info with these crooks! -

I think the late-night calls (and hang-ups before you can answer them) are just part of the scam. It makes some people want to call them back.
And now it's YOU calling THEM, not the other way around. They can hang that up to the FCC/FTC when you complain about them.
Furthermore, they can claim you initiated a business contact with them, which means they can call you anytime they want and it's now within the law.

They gave a miss call @ 11:00am. I generally do not respond or call back to unknown numbers but called back to this one. The automated system said I have won $100 worth of gift card; and I hung up. It looks like someone is trying to get your personal information, and I think the smart hackers must have been able to retrieve your information if answered or called back. Can't the government track this numbers and take action against them?

I have never opened an account & they were offering $100 gift card good at many locations for $4.95 & than wanted you to subscribe to a monthly subscription for a rewards program. This is b****** hope these scammers get what they deserve.
