Picked up as it had been harrasing my inlaws. Its a scam. Fake power company trying to take advantage of elderly.
Informed them that they violated the do not call list (inlaws are very easy to scam) and that i would like the number to be removed. Legaly, they are required by law to do so at that point. The rep argued with me so i asked to be transfered to there tcpa enforcement agent. At that point the call was over as they hung up.
Number is a trunk line, no point reporting it as its being spoofed using voip software. -

They have been calling my number for weeks, often two times a day. No message is ever left so it must not be important.
