Says i have a loan from 6/15/2012 foe $350. These people have all my info, bank numbers... etc.. i dont have a loan and never have. A holes say i agreed to pay tje loan back or they can repo my stuff and take me to court for 15k plus legal fees..

I got this email and they told me that i took out a loan in 2011 pay pawn and the caller was from a patrik They also had most of my correct info including my ssn, that's scary. However they are operating out of India.They are making the calls with VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are from US. Don't believe any word!

They wrote me an e-mail with this number saying that I had to call it to pay the rest of our loan. The fact is that we don't have one so there's no point calling that number. Does anyone received the same e-mail?
ARNOLD400 replied 7/3/14, 9:52 AMYES THEY JUST CONTACTED ME AND I DID NOT TAKE OUT A PAYDAY LOAN AS I LIVE IN ARIZONA AND IT IS NOT ALLOWED HERE.
