Robocall from (Comcast) "Xfinity Customer Experience Team" giving a detailed out-of-state address. Why?No legit company needs to provide their entire street address unless asked. The pitch: "You may be ELIGIBLE" to "upgrade your modem" and get faster internet speed thru "your service plan." "FREE" with "your account" = just pay "your usual modem fees." NO DETAILS about our current modem/speed or actual service plan. A cold call. Likely an attempt to "upgrade the modem" by remote access. Get our personal data/passwords. Then jam on identity theft malware. NEVER give remote online access to an unknown caller! Clearly a SCAM!
