Claiming to be an officer looking for someone who has allegedly been avoiding contact. There was no police department affiliation mentioned. The person they claim to be looking for shares my last name. Apparently, it is the only connection I have as I don't know anyone by that name. They called from 386-232-9970. Told me to call 18003106713 or to have the person they're looking for call.

Called using a number to mimic my area code which is assigned in a different state than I live in now -not a robo call a person left the following voicemail “(first name, middle name and last name) I’m contacting you with an immediate order for your location for the two fraud complaints filed against your social security number it shows here in the report that you have a chance to resolve your case before it is due to be turned over through Alameda County but you forfeit your legal rights to do so if you want to stop any further action or an order of location from being completed at your job or your relatives home you’ll need to call the litigation firm before the evidence have been sealed and filed with Alameda County their office number to reach the legal department is 1-800-310-6713 this is your official and final notification good luck to you”
I just checked my credit report and I had nothing of this on there. They harass me daily however this is one of the first times a person vs a human left a voicemail.
