caller said they were First Horizon but would not give me any information about the card number he was calling about. Wanted to verify several charges, but refused to tell which card. Hung up on me. The # is registered to First Horizon, but when I called First Horizon Fraud Department, they could not verify my account? The CSR hung up on me also. I used the main # to verify they were calling. Two many hang up calls, and why could First Horizon not verify an account I have had since 1986?
