Got a call from Tina from Capital One to confirm some suspicious transactions but she asked me for some personal details? How do I know if I am just not handing my details over the phone? I hung up in a panic but if anyone gets the same call make sure to call back Capital One and best that you call them rather than the other way round. Just cant trust anyone nowadays.

My account had someone trying to charge a ridiculous amount on there and therefore my account was frozen. Capital One were trying to get in touch with me whilst I was too ignoring the unknown number! Best thing to do is to phone them back direct.
