Recieved a call with an automated message claiming electrical service would be shut off in 30 minutes due to non-payment. Click one to speak to a representative. I did so and a woman claiming to be Lisa referenced our old address as well as our current address as both being in arrears. I said I would call back and she gave me this number and extension 1015 and the name Lisa. Spoke plain english and was friendly. Our account is not in arrears.
