Received a misleading letter marked "Personal & Confidential" titled "Medicare Notice". I was able to find a company name of Online Insurance Solutions b closely scanning the fine print. Anything made to look like an official government letter is a scam as far as I'm concerned, even if the fine print sort of sas who it really is.
