This call was a recording from 'Alice'. The recording said it was calling about reducing the rate on my Discover card to 1.9% by calling card member service at that number within 3 days. *"I DO NOT NOR HAVE I EVER HAD A DISCOVER CARD**" DO NOT CALL BACK! OBVIOUS **SCAM*"

Alice recording the same message, I called discover, and asked if they called and left a message, it was not them, I talked to a lady, and she did say that no it's not discover. We would either email you or email mail. Glad I trusted my instinct. I gave her the number stated in a previous comment here. She forwarded the number to their Corp headquarters. She also said that spoof calls being made by scammers. I'm glad I trusted my judgement!

This number called today and left a message, I knew not to call the number they provided. So, I called the Discover phone number on my card statements and they said they did NOT and would never call you to lower your interest rate. You have to call them to request it.

Robocall about lowering discover card interest amount.. I do not have a discover card, soooo.... obviously fraud.
Webb replied 4/28/20, 9:06 AMI just received the same robo call from 'Alice' regarding lowering my Discover Card rate to 1.9% & that offer ended in 3 days. Since I've NEVER had a Discover card, this is either SPAM/PHISHING. It's NOT SAFE. Obviously, DON'T CALL TT HIS NUMBER BACK! NOT SAFE! -
