   This is Nisssan Motor Corp. We filed paperwork to have our payment deferred for two months because the car has been stolen. The same man keeps calling and calling from this number (which is not the number I call) saying he is trying to collect a debt. He calls multiple times a day and even called me at work. I asked to DO NOT call me here and also requested he does due diligence on his end to confirm the paperwork in place before calling to harass me. He is clueless and does not listen to anything you say. Maybe if we fine NMAC for violating our consumer rights Mr. rude will get the message.

   Calls 10 xs a day regarding a late balance of $100/ informed them I will catch this payment up after I spend another $1200 to get this piece of shit fixed. Reps are super rude ect

   Are they calling your cell? I am getting a class action against them. I have already retained an attorney we just need a couple more class members that are getting unwanted calls to their cell.    I got my new phone and number about 10 days ago, and start receiving this spam call ~5 times a day.
   
   When I called back, it asked for my Nissan account, which I don't have and will never have. I tried couple times to reach a real person and the guy with idian accent simply said he was busy or what then just hung up on me. After several tryings, I told the second person I finally reach that I don't have anything business with Nissan and please stop bombing my phone, and the guy asked my phone number then hung up again.
   
   The spam call keeps coming ... I filed the FCC complaint and nothing changed.
