Someone posing as an AT&T rep. called and told me I could lower my AT&T bill if I participate in their special promotion that was sponsored by Target. I need to buy $300 in Target cards today and then call this number: 1-800-842-3035 to give them the information on the Target cards. When I called AT&T, they said they do not have any promotion involving Target cards. This is a scam.
