"Sierra Lopez" would not give any information until address was verified. I do not have a $30 debt that she claims she is trying to collect for the state of NJ. When I asked to speak to her supervisor...he was busy. Then she said they had problems transferring calls!

Just another bottom feeding bill collector that calls every single phone number they can find, that MIGHT be linked to the person to whom they are trying to collect on a debt, from. These losers really need to hire a better class of collectors, or at least learn to screen their collectors a little better for their listening capabilities. They will continue to call a wrong number even after being told repeatedly, that they have reached a wrong number. Ignorant, dumb a$$ losers, please find a line of work better suited to your demonstrated (limited) capabilities. -

i see by other posts that this is a debt collector. the robotic voice message asked for someone no longer allowed to use my phone number- they left by being thrown out of my home..the caller id said private number, but the robo msg. gave 800-900-1380 for them to call, this is irritating that they block their number, do not state whom they are, and the robo voice cannot even talk right. i have no idea where the person they want is, but apparently they use skip trace on persons associated with a number-5 years ago? this person has never lived at this number ever. apparently the name followed association with my new number, the phone co changed it when i moved to another county 7 years ago.

Caller ID says only "Toll Free". I called them back anonymously with my own number blocked and they would not identify their own company name. Not very nice. Thanks for the others who have posted the details of who they really are. Now I know their function, we can play. I only have major $$ past due medical bills for a botched surgery/medical device malfunction, so it must be related to that. I'm in dispute with my own insurance company regarding the extra $6,000.00 that was tagged onto my bill for "upgrades" performed while I was under anesthesia and could not have ever even authorized myself. I am terminal, so if they can get the money out of me once I'm in the ground more power to 'em. In the mean time they can blow me.

Called an 81-year-old neighbor of mine whose number I have no affiliation with claiming I owed $30 but would not tell me who they were. After reaming them a new one they stated they would remove the number from their call list.
