They called claiming to be a debt collector and that I owe 1,316$ without giving a reason why I owe such money. They gave me my old address from another state that could’ve easily been found on a social media site or number look up. And then they asked for the last four of my SSN and asked for my new address stating they’d send me more information in the mail. I looked up the number and here I am seeing others are reporting it as spam/scam as well as when I call the number I get stuck in a robot loop of “the next available agent will take the call” for 5 minutes and right on the 5 minute mark it will say I’m being transferred and 30 seconds of awkward silence later I get “?evisco? Is not available leave a message” everytime I call. I wouldn’t trust this number, nothing about this seems legit in any way.
