Woman called my daughter looking for my brother and she stated my brother had used my daughter as a reference which is far from the truth because my brother doesn't have my daughter's number. She stated he had warrants in TX but she called from FL!!!

This person has called me twice in a row today 2/26/2016 within 3minute period while I was at a doctors office for an appointment. When I finished I called this number back and told this Rosa person that they have called me before and I told them before that this Tammy Scaggs person no longer has this number and I have had it for about 8 months. To stop calling me or I will seek criminal charges against her and file a civil suit. All three times she has hung up on me. I truly believe this woman is running a scam and she needs to be stopped.

First called I picked up then hung up. She called back immediately. She said a letter had been sent and no response was received. Had our address. No letter received at our address. Said there were fraud charges on credit card. Would be arrested and jailed. Gave location as southeast Florida/Tampa. When she was confronted about being bogus she hung up.

This Rose left an aggressive, angry sounding "emergency" message for my X on my phone saying she was concerned that the X apparently was unaware of the formal complaint filed against her and didn't understand the allegations she was facing since she didn't respond to the 10-day letter. I didn't call back or pass the message on because it sounded to me like a debt collector using illegal scare tactics.
