I told him that the copier was fine. I asked him if he was from the name of our copier repair place. He made a noise in disgust and hung up.

Called claiming the price of toner had gone up but had saved the previous cost for us on the next shipment. As soon as I said that we were on a plan, and it isn't dealt with at the level you're calling he loudly hung up.
