   "Kathryn James" which is probably a fake name, Called me, left me threatening voicemails about some sort of payday loan debt. I called the number back and they scared me so bad into paying. She had ALL of my information. My last four of my social, my address, email address, bank account info, and the list goes on! She said if I don't pay or make a payment today, that my case would be escalated to trial and I'll be sued etc. I ended up making a payment arrangement. I paid "american capital credit" $200.00 and the remaining $206.00 was supposed to come out on November 5th. I later discovered this was a scam after 3-4 other FAKE mediation callers tried to cash in on this. Not only are they doing it to just me, they are doing it to thousands of other innocent hard working people. I would call her for days, and she would never respond for days and out of the blue she would call me back and apologize for not getting back to me quicker (like on a Saturday) (not even a business day). I finally accused her of fraud and told her that I knew everything. She was on the phone with me getting very VERY nasty and hostile telling me that this wasn't a scam. She was aggressively trying to convince me that "American Capital Credit" wasn't a scam.
   
   Don't believe me? I'll list all my sources. I'm exploiting this whole illegal scam. I've already hired an attorney and a private investigator against this woman. Got her location when she finally called me back, and then pursued charges on her 4 days ago. I've reported her to the FBI and every scammer site possible.

   You can view this website and see that it is not legit. Anybody with a brain could of made that website in just a couple of hours. Also, If you're a mediation company, why are you not verified by the BBB? Also, it says that they are closed on the weekends. She calls/ has called me on weekends by the way. This website and business is PHONY. I hope she goes to jail after this investigation is over.
   
   Lesson learned, I will NEVER pay out anything over the phone without getting actual papers in the mail. DO NOT pay anything over the phone without receiving anything in writing in the mail.
