Guys name is Harold Depstein. Supposedly works for private law firm. He has now been harassing my folks. Says I can pay $1500 down or a full payment or go to jail. That there are warrants for my arrest. It's due to bad checks I wrote on a closed acct. Except I've never had checks. Not even temporary checks. Gets mad when u ask who he works for and hangs up on you.
