Compliance officer Randall left a message, ID said "800 service", stating he was looking for someone at this address who no longer lives here. Threatened that a uniformed police officer would come to this address if there was no response & then said a drivers license which does not exist would be suspended.

Calling in regards to an account they claim is outstanding from 2011. I requested verification on this account and they refused. Vanessa was the first caller, she was polite and I told her to remove my work number and replace it with my cell phone number. About an hour later Carmen called, very aggressive and rude saying a sheriff was coming out to serve me today at my work unless i paid the amount in full and then she added an additional $1,000 service fee on the amount (never mentioned before)They are not only calling my work after I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling but they are also calling my cell, my husband, my parents and my siblings numbers. Carmen then said they would continue to call my work until I paid in full.
