These people did not my mom the option to handle her file and said it was too late they already processed it out of their office. I told the lady they need to have a interpreter not everybody speak inglish. That was not fair.

This company may be legit but the repeated calls are extremely annoying. This is an office that needs to update their information before they call people. Come to find out after speaking with several people in the office there was a misspelling of my middle name and they called my ex-wife and started a bunch of crap because she crazy all by herself. Long story short, I spoke with a Ms. White and she told me to speak with another department. It was just ridiculous so I had my friend who is an attorney call and he basically said they were legit. They need to have better communication between departments. At least they were courteous and got me expedited and close out that day.

Repeated calls for the wrong person. When I finally called back I was angry because I think its harassing to call the wrong number over and over. I spoke with a miss Brackston who apologies for the error. Lady look up the information before calling people.

Kept getting calls from them, I thought it was a scam so I didn't call back at first. but I was furious when they called my job. I called back and handled the situation and I bet they will never call my job again.

united access mediation 8337818148 FRAUDULENT and illegal Calls From 1-833-781-8158 (something to the tune of a FAKE co. calling themselves "United Access Mediation Co.") tried to look them up... Don't Exist, they're worse than FAKENEWS CNN !! They leave messages saying we need to call them back to schedule a time for them to drop off legal papers and to further stop legal action, OR ELSE!.....Seriously!? What a JOKE! We have nothing pending and everything is calm and current when it comes to bills & EVERYTHING else! I called them back , all we get is VM and once, was put on hold for 5 minutes so we just hung up on these Douchebag DemoCrat CLOWNS! One time we were receiving calls every hour on the hour from the some scamming outfit and I wrote down every number and manually blocked each one about 15 different configurations....so ridiculous, nerve-wracking and frustrating!

Got a call from Mrs Smith. Had wrong address and work location for me. But I didn't divulge the correct info. Stated I defaulted on some credit card I never heard of. Checked credit report and no account or lender name existed. If this has been going on for 6 years, it would be on my report. Bogus bill crap liberal thieves. Had calls in the past about other bogus accounts from a host of different collection scams.
