confirmed its a legit call from https://www.hyundaicapitalamerica.com/. I called back and they not only verified all my details but confirmed the exact costs per year, and it matched the paperwork I had. They confirmed that I spoke with the person I did the previous weeks call and could see the notes of payment on the file. Their system is automatic and as a result it takes a few weeks once everything has been cleared and filed to remove you from the list. If you legitimately have a debt with Kia or Hyundai this is probably a real call for you, and if/when you pay it, it could take some time before they stop calling.
