Similar to the previous post. A computer voice mentions my name, and then it goes to the recording mentioning this Christie Mills and how she has a claim against me.

Keeps calling with vague ambiguity about a debt and that she’s going to move forward with an process by the end of the day same stuff as everybody else is saying saying

they called me this afternoon stating that they have a claim against me. Which is incorrect. These are the same debt collectors that my attorney had to call and tell them to stop calling me due to my recent bankruptcy. They continue to harass you even after the fact and they are super rude when you ask for more information and they won't tell you who they are or who they work for when you call that number back.

Same robo call, copied below from my voicemail service. Call came in from 765-400-3314. " 17654003314 Depositing new message By the end of the this is calling for___. This is a courtesy call regarding a claim in my office. My intent at this time is to move forward by the end of the business day, for whatever reason there was a failure to respond. I also need to inform you, my efforts were documented, the claim has been verified. And you were notified. Any concerns, please contact 844-396-9470 "

Same name. I saved it and listened again before posting.
I called and spoke to 3 other people on different calls.
I got the one working on the claim, twice.
They had my current address, credit line amount, Bank name, last four of SSN and alleged last date of notification from creditor.
I contacted the bank and the supposed creditor. No account info for me.
Tell these people to F.Off. -
She keeps calling saying I have a claim and is processing it I don’t respond as I see this number is spam

May 3, 2021. Company claims its name is Errie Delta Financial and claimed I owed money to a creditor from 2013 which is not true. Errie Delta Financial does not exist. They refused to provide documentation and hung up on me numerous times or refused to answer the phone when I called back. I reached the 311 voicemail and advised I would be filling a complaint through the Missouri Attorney General's Office Consumer Affairs Section. I also put them on notice that any further calls from them would constitute harassment.
It appears that they obtained information from payday loan companies' files that were archived. -

I had to call this number three times.
When I called to find out the nature of the call, a female hung up on me twice.
The next time, a man said he'd direct my call. The female who took over the call said I owed an outstanding medical bill, but all of my creditors were notified I was filing repayment bankruptcy. Female said I was a deadbeat and hung up on me. -
Christie Mills has called me from 4 different #’s but gives the same # 8443969470 to call back. Harassment calls claiming legal actions will be taken bc of failure to respond. POS scammers and I wish there was a way to trace them & shut them down. Do not answer this #844396940.

She does not say what the claim is against you and if it is a legitimate claim against you it should be named in the message should not be a secret. I will not return those threatening type calls. Stop calling me it's a waste of time.

No message let, just automated by Christie Mills. Stating that she has a claim on her desk and I need to call back by the end of the business day 844-396-9470. I called them they was hung up on 3 times when i asked for the name of the company. The first time the guy said that I owed for a credit debt for over $1,000.00 for credit card that I paid off long time ago. I told him that I had a letter to show where I paid it but he just kept saying that I owe this money and that they were going to send this over to the courts to be serviced. Then he hung up.

Just a scam to collect money from future victims. The threat of legal action if you do not pay up right away. They are hoping to scare you into paying before you do your homework and find out who they are. Low-life scum bags are people that refuse to get a real job so they scam people for a living.
