Caller states they are looking for "individual name" and that a complaint has been filed against them. If you have any knowledge of this persons whereabouts contact us immediately. We are filing paperwork in the local courts against the named person. I may owe a couple of loans and they continue making these harassing calls to my job. They state they cannot give who the debt is owed and cannot send me any letter stating who debtor is or amount due.
Makes it sound like a law enforcement call and has even made threat of arrest concerning the debt.Keep calling saying there if a warrent out for me of something -

I am so sick and tired of this company saying there was a loan taken out online for a payday advance. I am not that desperate. They call my family as everyone else has stated. I have called the BBB and my State Atty General. In our state of AR we don't even have payday companies anymore b/c it is against the law. They can't even collect on a payday loan in this state if you have one. Why are there not more laws to protect us who are being harassed, but they can get away with calling who they want.
