When ever you try to get something fixed they find a reason not to help or pay for the required repair. This is a SCAM HOME WARRANTY COMPANY!!!’

    they won't stop texting even after you respond with STOP as instructed. If you block the number the texts come from it will start texting you from a new number.

    I've asked this company or who ever they are to stop texting my phone but the text messages keep coming. This is the 5th time I've sent "STOP" and they still send the text messages. What's the use in sending "STOP" if they don't stop. GGGRRRR

    Same! It's been going on for months and if you block it they just start sending from a different number! You can say STOP after each text like it says you can but they still keep texting
