Calling the FTC tomorrow reported Ashton check recovery with the number 8552174635 as Harassment calls
Started by calling stating they are suing me, sounded fishy so I looked em up on 1800notes. They appeared to be fake but I called em back gave them my name and the guy said I was on the wrong person list and they wouldn't call. Now like clock work they call with increasingly aggressive robo messages on my cell phone. When I asked for a debt validation letter the guy just said no. I'm getting a lawyer tomorrow as well as calling every law enforcement agency I can think of. They're harassing me, acting illegally per the fdcpa, and as I have recently discovered though google searches of their number scam artist collectors.

They left this message "this message is intended for ____ my name is Marie Milk? calling regarding a pending case in our office it is set to be filed with in ____ county we immediately need." I am pretty sure this is not true... What the heck are they doing all time?
