My mother recently got a call from this number, claiming that I had used her bank account to open up another, accusing me of fraud and threatening her that she'd be served a summoning to appear before a judge. She then also asked her to verify her social number but luckily she didn't and disconnected the call. She first checked with me (of course I hadn't done anything of the like) but I urged her to call the bank - there still could be some fraudster out there claiming to be "her son". Turns out, nothing of what the caller had claimed checked out. It's definitely a scam, trying to intimidate and scare people into giving away information and access. Don't even answer it!
