This appears to be a scam and an attempt to get your banking information. BEWARE! I was called from an unknown number at first, informing me that there were charges pending against me in court and I was told to call 1-844-395-3967 for further information, to avoid having myself served at work or at home. She also stated they had my social security number. I called the given number and reported my case number that was given. I was told that I had charges pending against me from a payday loan in 2001 and I either could pay an amount of 300 something dollars or obtain an attorney. I asked for a billing address to send payment to and was told I could not pay that way, the only way to pay was with my Visa card. I asked for website information where I could make payments to and was told that was not available either and the only way I could pay is to give my banking or Visa information for automatic withdraw payments. I asked them to then please send me the litigation paperwork, I was hung up on.
I called back and asked for an official letter of validation to be sent to me and was told that couldn't be done. How can a valid entity that is attempting to collect a debt not have the ability to send an official letter or something in writing stating the debt amount and who it is owed to? I asked what social security number they had listed for me as I was a victim of identity theft many years ago. I was talked to rudely at that point and was basically told I needed to pay or hang up. I asked for a business license number and was told, "We don't carry that information". I did get an address from him out of Buffalo New York. Report these people if you get a call and don't fall for their SCAM -

This company claiming to be a debt collector for payday advance loans has called me twice in 3 months threatening me with a law suit and they needed to deliver papers to my home or work. Good luck at getting either address. If some needed to serve me papers the correct legal people would serve them. What a crock! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFO HUGE SCAM!!! I called them out on it a few months ago and they hung up on me. Now they tried again. Ha Im not dumb.

Got a call from someone "representing" JSR as a "liasons officer". Turns out I had a payday loan from 2008 that never got paid off. I told them that in 2008 I was in middle school and that if they tried to sue me, I'd make them look like complete fools in court. Hung up on me. I laughed.

They were so nice and I payed them I got a paid n full letter they were very respectful I apologize for having that outstanding loan for so long but there customer service was great

Got a call from a 781-505-7500 lefta voicemail from a Crystal White wanting to hear from me or my attorney. To call 855-295-4658. Rambled off a case number. Sounded like she was reading off of something. Wished me good luck at the end of the message. I have no out standing bills. Google the 781 number and it looks like a company that allows others to make calls thru them. Total scam!!

Got a call on my way to work to verify my address and last 4 of my social. Asked if I was home so they could serve me court papers. Gave me a number to call if I had questions. Called the number and it was regarding a payday loan from 2002! Being that I was on my way to work and they were threatening legal action, I gave them a card number to charge on Dec. 30th. to make payment. Now that I am able to Google them, I am regretting this. Can I cancel payment? What are my options?

Lady called and asked for me by name, said she wanted to know when I would be available for service a summons. I told her I wasn't aware of any case and she gave me this number to call for more information including a case number. Her call sowed as a Private Number (unavailable) on my caller ID. I have had one of these calls before and they got me for a partial payment on a supposed payday loan from ACE Cash Express, they never sent me any requested documentation, and I contacted ACE Cash Express who finally verified that I have NEVER had an account of any kind with them ever. The case number she gave me to reference today was 1300089 which is the same one from 5 months ago when they first made contact.

I went online to check out this so called J.S.Resolutions and its all a BIG FRAUD! I did fall into it but cancelled payment n had to get a new credit card thanks to there fast talking scam artists. Be careful and dont call back it will save you a big headache and $$.

An absolute scam. Do not fall for it!Even if they had a legitimate case for past due credit-- which they don't-- it's past due and the refuse to provide appropriate documentation. They're trying to trick people into paying money. Tell them if they continue to call you'll call the police and call the FTC. They'll hang up quick.

I received a call from Susan Schmidt saying that someone from DOL Department of Labor filled a complaint against me, she got my last 4 digit of my SS#. She also said that somebody will come to my house and job to my house to physically hand me the summoned to appeal because I have an unpaid balance from payday loan. What the hell is the DOL got to do with it? And what is payday loan? What a crap of shit. These people knows nothing except to suck it in somebody else's hardworking money. Get a life and get a real job.

Received a call at 7 in the morning saying they were from the "Department of legal services" and they would be at my home or work with in the next two hours and I needed to have 2 forms of id for them to serve me papers for a lawsuit and I could call 8552954658 to speak to the creditor who was suing me. The message was left last Thursday, I just listened to it today, funny that no one ever came to my home or job! I never had a payday loan....Hum. How did they get the last 4 of my ss#???

Received a call from Sharell this morning at 7:30am who left me a message saying there were planning to serve me papers in a lawsuit within 24 hours if I did not contact them. After finding out what it was regarding, and the supposed payday loan was from 2005. I called her back and told the "legal services department" supervisor, Courtney that even if it were a true debt, statute of limitations is 4 years and they were SOL. If she wanted to continue to harass me and further the "lawsuit" please do, and I would counter sue their company!

This rude little woman phoned to accuse me of a loan that was left unpaid from 3 years ago. I asked on what grounds, does she have the right to speak to me in such a manner. First of all she didn't even clarify ANY details with. She could've(and she was) speaking to the wrong person, or there was a clerical error but NOT ON MY PART. I had a piece advice for this woman. Get a life.

The people from this company called me telling me that I had a payday loan from 8 years ago and they said they was going to issue me a papers to show up in court. They have my resent address, phone number and the last four digits of my ss number. I do not like being lied to from scam artist they need to get a life and get A real job. If they use half A mind getting a job then scaming honest people then scams would not exist.

I received a voice mail from a Susan Kozjak telling me to have either myself or my attorney call back to 855-732-1061 and to reference some claim# when I call back and then said if I don't call back they will move forward without my knowledge and then wished me GOODS LUCK. WTH good luck. Really. What is this a scam I thought so I called the 855# back and as soon as they answered I asked who am I speaking with and was told Susan Kozjak I asked for the address and was given 3842 Harlem Rd Ste. 400 NY 14215. Just wondering is this a scam or is this real. Any comments?
