Several calls every day to a business telephone number. When answered, silence. If you hold long enough you are finally disconnected. Very irritating and disruptive when working with clients in the office.

Calls the business I work at to ask for an employee, and when i say I’ll transfer to a supervisor, they disconnect the call. Calls for the same employee about 6 times a day.

This number has been calling at least 4 times per day for the last week. When I pick up, no one is there but sometimes they leave a message claiming to be Ally Financial and state multiple times to call back at THIS office number 8553066998.
I do have a vehicle financed through Ally.. However I made a payment on the due date that was $52 dollars short. At the same time I scheduled this months payment to be paid a few days early and to include the $52 that would is owed from the previous month. What actual company would waste time harassing someone over $52 dollars that they are already scheduled to recieved?!?
Oh right, they wouldn't. Also when they call the number comes up in the same sequence but in multiple formats, one of which is listed as Cambodia.
And they have called my cosigner multiple times when there was NO past due balance at all claiming that I was 1-2 months behind. They asked my mom for her cell number and SSN.
Like hello you just called my cell number you should have it in file AND why would they be asking for SSN rather than account number (which having made the call to "collect a payment" they should also have on file -
