up. They want to come out and service it but they only leave the number which is long distance and we have to call back and confirm from the number they called to reach us. They don't allow for any message, just when we call from that exact number they hang up because it is confirmed as soon as we call. You have to call the same day they called or it doesn't get registered. They always say Friday on their message to us but no hours. So if we confirm there is no way to ask the hours or change the day. Weird Business and it's through Kaiser Permanente. You'd think Kaiser would have a better contract. We will wait until we get a more logistical call from this Company.
