This company has been leaving me a voicemail for at least couple of weeks now and they leave the following message "This message is left as a courtesy. We are in the process of doing an asset and liability search and your number has come up in our records. Press 1 now to speak to pre-legal department or call today at 855-396-2263. Failure to respond will be documented as being non cooperative."
Please DO NOT call them back. The number that shows up on my caller id is (301)591-9409. I called this number from my work phone no - a woman answered the call and refused to give out any information and then hung up on me twice.
My phone number is listed on the Do Not Call Registry so I don't know how they got my number. I filled a complaint with them (https://www.donotcall.gov/). I highly recommend that anyone with a similar problem should report it and do whatever you can to get these scammers caught. -

They called my sister's inlaws (who are elderly)and said the were a law firm helping me collect on a claim..Now first off,I don't even know my sister's inlaws phone # ,how these scumbags got it,i have no clue..so i get the # and call them 18442828566 and the lady is rude..so im rude right back to her..she hangs up..i called back 13x in a row and it got sent to voicemail!!on the 14th try,it said they were closed for the day..so i google their name and it led me here..pieces of crap panty low life..call me back since u tried sooo hard to find me..im right here..come get me

My ex step father, brother, mother and father got a call from these clowns with threats against me. I called them back and they said I owed them money from an account I had just paid off the day before. Looked up number on Google and saw it's a scam.

This same type of scam has happened to me several times before. 6 months ago they called every hour on the hour for 4 days straight. Today I received a call from (772) 933-6880 about 9 a.m. I receive calls from this number every half hour to 45 minutes if i pick up the phone there is a recording stating that there is some type of legal problems and if I don't pay a certain amount by a certain date that they will be issuing a warrant for my arrest. I know the game already so I didn't bother to call back the number until they called about the 12th time. when I called back I got the gentleman who said his name was Dean Martin on my voice mail and informed him that I knew about SCAM lying and cheating innocent people out of money for is own evil greed. I told him I FOUND HIM PATHETIC AND ONE OF THE LOWEST FORMS OF THIEF OUT THERE. He is targeting law abiding citizens, some very elderly on the grounds that he feels hes entitle, with no shame at all. I informed him i would immediately be Filing another report with Fraud official's as well as going to all the sites to provide information and letting other people now exactly what this consists of. it was not until that point that he hung up. It's now been a little over two hours and I haven't heard from them again

This is another scam!! I was so tired of the same number calling my phone everyday that I had to block the number it's a 973-841-2522 same message every time saying this message it's left as a courtesy press 1 bla bla blah
Then it gives you another number which is 855-396-2263 to call back.
So I've google the number and it's a scam trying to get your social security number!!

This number has been calling me for the last 2 months or so I finally called them and asked who they were looking for, exprcting to hear my name oor someone I know the person on the other line tells "June Celestine" . They are fucking dumb. Also when my phone rings their nimber is 8553962263 it's a florida area code.

They've called me twice now this week, from a local number here in Cali..(619) number, when I googled it, it came up as a Plumbing and Drain Company a couple towns over, when I called it, they said Thomas King and Assoc..they demanded my phone number, I hung up..but the voicemail they've been leaving is threatening and is a (855) number..I'm not calling it. Seems that I get these kind of calls after ordering something on the internet, especially when I order from the website, asseenontv.com....think about it folks, have you ordered anything lately on line? Especially from As Seen On TV? I think they're selling phone numbers!!

They've called virtually every day for the past month, sometimes twice a day, from 646-362-0962. The messages will vary, but they cycle through a few of them, the message below being the most commonly cycled one.
"This message is being left as a courtesy. We are in the process of doing an asset and liability search and your number has come up in our records. Press ‘1’ now to speak to our pre-legal department or call today at 855-396-2263. Once again, call 855-396-2263. Failure to respond will be documented as being non-cooperative."
I called the number they left one day and was prompted by an automatic response to note whether there was someone over 50 (which I decided to try despite it being false) in the household, and if you responded positively, it would tell you you could receive some free life alert or somesuch deal. However a call today resulted in someone from Thomas King & Associates. They tried to confirm my number but I didn't want to give them further confirmation of a number they'd been harrassing. -

I have gotten 3 voice messages for the past 2 days to call this 855 number. The original message was from the number 803-566-8114. Out of annoyance, I finally called the 855 number, knowing it was likely a scam. When I called, it asked if anyone in my household is 50 or over, then it offered the opportunity to "win" a $100 gift card for a $1.95 fee charged to your credit card....so basically it was a scam to get a credit card number.
When I tried to call the 803-566-8114 number, all I got was music....KINCADE14 replied 9/26/14, 2:10 PMWe get a call at least once per day from this number and it's always a recorded message. -

A person called me this afternoon around 1 pm and asked to talk to my son. He wasn't home. The said they had an agreement with him to pay $300 today by 3pm as as the first installment on a bad debt that he had agreed to. and If it wasn't paid by 3PM court papers would be filed. They said it had come back as "declined." After asking them, the name they gave was Thomas King and Associates and their email was [email protected]. This all seemed fishy to me especially when they asked if "I could help him out." I told them I had no intention of paying them anything.
He hasn't worked in over a year and could very well owe the dept. They said it was from TD Bank. He could even have agreed to pay them something but I doubt it as he has no way of paying. They called me back an hour later giving me one more chance to help him out. They asked for his cell phone number and I hung up. I then looked the number up online and that is why I am here now. I can't wait to talk to him. -

I heard just now from my voicemail and had a message from this number on it. The message was very difficult to understand and I only understood any of it, that I have a 48 hours period for the callback, otherwise the show to me. Also, I heard something out because of my social security number. I do not know this number and I will not even call back.
