Just received a call from my Ex. (who by the way is remarried). I haven't seen him for over 30 years. As stated above, this person call my ex's home asking about me. Not only are they going to cause problems with his household, but is overstepping their boundaries by trying to contact someone from my past. They should not have gotten them involved and I don't even have his home number. I pulled up my credit report and do not see any account this creditor is saying I have. They have got to stop and is violating our right to privacy with these awful threats. They even gave him a case number which I do not even know who these guys are.

Call saying they are coming to locate you and you are going to jail. Keep calling and Harassing. They get numbers and change the name when they call and say the same stuff. I have had calls for about 6 different people on my one line. I told them to remove my number, but they won't. I have recorded harassing voicemails from this company.
