I've recvd 3 calls from this # since 8-18-16. I spoke w/ them today for the 1st time & they're looking for James Locklear
(Lochlear?) who I've never heard of; so for 12 calendar days they've been calling me about a document that obv'ly needs to be filed which has some urgency bc they have filing deadlines, right? This female "verification clerk" never mentioned a deadline but obv'ly they need revenue, namely, which comes from the people they call, right? To date there's never been a court, or the IRS for that matter, that gives a hoot about you, me or anybody to call us outa the goodness of the hearts (spare me, please) to warn us. They simply file the darn doc & we find out the next time we apply for a car loan.
So it's apparent this is another scam. She said their office is in Carlsbad, CA.James L Smith replied 8/30/16, 1:46 PM8-30-16

She said she was calling from their legal dept so I'm guessing its a debt collector but I can NOT confirm this. Their company name is Document Service Vetification & their office is in Carlsbad, CA.
