   I received a letter stating I owe them 3300.68 a debt they bought from Midland Credit Management who had bought it from Wells Fargo. They debt originated in IN & the "Statute of Limitations" is 10 years on an auto.. I have lived in Kentucky over 15 yrs. So this is actually a "Time Barred" debt now. They want me to set up a payment Plan. What a Scam.

   they call at least once a week on bill that was settled over 15 yrs ago on a refi. I will not answer and they cannot collect on debts 7 yrs old even if it were legit. And it is not.

   Tried to say I owed a debt to Southwestern Bell. A telephone provider hasn't operated under that name since approx. 2002! I haven't had a telephone under my name since the 80's. These guys are buying decades old debt, or they are scammers, or both.

   i am so torn because i want to answer but usually they are 800 #s..i get this 859 # and i always wonder if its my missing vunerable adult son.he hasnt been in touch for 7yrs and when these calls come in im always hoping its him..then it never is and i end up angry at tbe caller and sad it isnt my dear son.

    This number has been calling us for the last ten years saying my husband owes on a Capital one credit card. My husband has Alzheimers and never has had a Capital card one card. He has had Alzheimers for 12 yrs now. He never had a credit card let alone charge $7000 worth of items like they say

    it's a scam! they pretend to be a debt collection agency but the guy has a thick accent revealing the truth..do not give them any personal info
