These guys call every day sometimes twice. The canned message is Reduce your credit card rates. Caller ID number is probably spoofed to be a local number, if you try and call it you get a busy signal. Since I do not have any credit cards I know its a phishing call, they are looking for your cc# and other identity theft information.
