Canceled my services after 3 weeks of
being on the phone with tech support and they could not fix my service. They actually said I should be happy - because it was not a hardware problem - they just hadn't come up with a software fix yet. Complained about paying for a service I wasn't getting. Received a "generous" $5 credit on a nearly $200 per month bill. Cancelled services - continued to receive bills. Paid early termination - continued to receive bills. Never again will I have Direct TV in my home. -

Yup... DirecTV. Dropped them a year ago when I moved in with my girlfriend, who had just signed up with a different TV provider. They won't stop calling. Sorry thing about it is this: I LIKE DirecTV. When her contract expired, we were going to switch back to DirecTV. But it's this kind of aggressive harassment that makes me want to say "Yku know what, DirecTV? I'll NEVER be back."

It's direct tv.i dropped their service awhile ago and they call about 8-10 times a week trying to get me back as a customer. Every time I block a number they call me from a very similar one, maybe 1 digit off. ive told them to stop calling, but they won't. Ever.

Since I dumped Direct TV a short while ago because I could not afford it any longer, constantly pestering me to sign up again is a sure way to keep me from being a customer! It really tasks me that their telemarketers can flagrantly flaunt their ignoring of the "DO NOT CALL" list, as there is so very little fear of reprisals!
