I have received many calls from this number, about 2 or 3 times a week for the past 2 months, and a voicemail is always left. "Karen Jones" never identifies the company name or says she's calling for me. Only says that she's calling to talk about repayment options for my student loans because of recent changes with such urgency in her voice and gives me a reference #220203 to make things easier. I believe the voicemail is pre-recorded because she says the same exact things the same exact way each time. After looking up this number on the internet, many people say they have been left the same exact message with the same exact reference number. This is a SCAM!
