Used this company to make a new key for me due to mine being lost while moving. Found my old keys next day and they no longer worked for my car. Called to see what they will do about it and they were trying to say I'd need to pay another couple hundred dollars to reprogram it which is ridiculous. Waa hoping to find my keys and keep it as a spare which I can no longer do. Poor customer service.

Called them to get a key replacement next day I noticed that my ignition was all cracked and broken called the man and he blocked me I keep calling the 866 number I’m not abler to reach anyone they keep putting me on hold these people are a scam

Called because my key snapped in half. I have a 2005 cobalt with a non transponder key, needs NO programming. They were adamant that although my key doesn’t have to be coded, the locksmith has to program it to work with the ignition. Cost -$250!!! I told them it’s a $2 key and I’m not paying more that $50 for emergency service. They were “kind” enough to offer me $240 instead of $250. I hung up, went to Walmart, got a key made for $2 and I’m now driving my car. They tried to rip me off $248!!! Called me back to back to and would not leave me alone

I called a locksmith for a quote and was told it would be $19 to come out and labor started at $30. I thanked them and ended the call. A few minutes later I received a call from this number saying if I would like a flat rate it would be $70. I agreed and when the service was finished I was told it was $100 cash or $119 card. I called back and am waiting for them to return my call, which probably won't happen.

After a company representative told me he could not make a key for my car's trunk I thanked him and we ended the call. Within a few minutes this number called me 3 times back to back but left no message. I have had other calls and one message from this company, all with different phone numbers and telling me to call back as soon as possible.

A company called 24-7 Locksmiths wasted an hour of my time with online signature forms and multiple calls. In the end, they could not or would not help my son get into his locked-out car. I called another locksmith, and they had someone at his location in 15 minutes, unlocked his car and charged a reasonable fee. 24-7 Locksmiths is a scam!
