Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc. called from (866) 585-2126 on 1-22-2020 at 1:53 p.m. They are attempting to collect on defaulted student loans that were charged off for 7.5 years before falling off my credit report. The debt is still owed to the original debtor. No one can sue me for the private loan debt.
They are calling from different numbers each day. Friday they spoofed two local numbers in an attempt to get me to answer. Screen all my calls, they do not leave a voicemail message and are programmed under FAMS_Spam_DONOTANSWER -
