Investigator J reported Medical scam with the number 8666192971 as Harassment calls
I called this number back to ask how the h**l they got my information. Someone named Ben answered and started to yell at me. He accused me of being the one scamming him and he kept insisting that I was a recording and not real. He said I was playing an early Halloween prank on him (it's April) and that everything I was trying to say to him was wrong. I said this number called me earlier and he was like "no you're calling me now" and I was like yes I know...I am calling because you called me so I wanted to see where you got my info. He said I was wrong. He just kept saying that everything I said was wrong. I then called back and spoke to another agent who transferred me to "customer service" and I reported the agent Ben and told them they lost my business. I also told them I believe this whole "Health Enrollment Center" is a scam anyway and I doubt the customer service department even exists. I can't believe people are willing to treat others like this during a pandemic.
